Little George sits on a quiet street in the old part of town. It is peaceful, and our neighbours are lovely. Worth knowing if you are planning a bigger gathering or a late night, this is not the right fit. There are other spots in Barwon Heads better suited to that. But if you are after somewhere to properly unwind, you are in the right place.

Inside, you'll find two queen bedrooms, a rumpus and connecting bunk room that sleeps the kids, two bathrooms and an open-plan living area that makes it easy to relax together, whether you're cooking, playing games or winding down with a movie. It sleeps up to eight, across three bedrooms.

Outside, the deck and BBQ overlook a large lawn and a classic Hills Hoist, perfect for drying beach towels or wetsuits after a surf at 13th Beach. There's a fire pit for cooler evenings, and the whole setup works just as well in winter as it does in summer.

Little George is around 90 minutes from Melbourne and 30 minutes from Geelong, making it an easy weekend getaway or a base for exploring the Bellarine.
